How do I place a catering order?
-There are three ways to place an order. You can order online using the this Link.
You can also email us the details of your order at [email protected]. Or you can simply give us a call at 214-828-2228. One of our very knowledgeable customer service reps will walk you through the process.
What is the lead time for placing an order?
-We only require 24hrs advanced notice for all orders.
Do you have minimums for placing an order?
-We do require a $100.00 minimums for all deliveries.
What is your deliver fee?
-We have a $35.00 delivery fee. That is for anywhere in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
What is your cancellation policy?
-You must cancel your order at least 24hrs in advance in order to receive a full refund.
I have never placed a catering order. How will my order arrive?
-Our delivery team will arrive promptly within the predetermined delivery window and set up your
breakfast or lunch wherever you like. Whether it be a hot buffet, sandwiches &
salad platter or box lunches – our staff will take care of everything.
Disposable plates, napkins and utensils are all included.
All you have to do is enjoy the food!
Help! Some people in our office have very specific dietary needs.
What can you do to help ensure that everyone is going to be able to enjoy the food that I order?
-No problem! Just let us know what dietary restrictions your group has and
we can provide Gluten Free, Dairy Free, or Vegan alternatives.
I have some very important clients and would like an upgraded catering set up. What can you provide?
-All of our deliveries include disposable plates, napkins, utensils, platters, bowls and warming pan/chafers.
For a fee of $100.00 we can elevate the experience with real metal chafers and real platters and bowls.
Give us a call and speak to one of our reps about additional rentals.
Speaking of rentals, what other types of services do you offer?
-We are a full service catering company. We can provide tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and silverware.
We also have fully trained servers, attendants and bartenders. Book your next office Happy Hour with us!
