Edible Ideas is a hospitality company based in Dallas, Texas started by Douglas Brown in 2003 with the opening of Beyond the Box Market in downtown Dallas. Since then the company has grown and developed into much more. Edible Ideas currently owns and operates Beyond the Box Catering, Beyond the Box Weddings, and some of the top Dallas venues including The Orion Ballroom, The Carlisle Room, The Pads at The Aloft Hotel, Hart Hall on Main and The Castle at Rockwall.
